If you received a tealight from me either at a Show or around town and were asked to visit my website to complete a survey then you are in the right place!

There will be a drawing every quarter for a PartyLite product certificate for those that do participate.

Simply click on "Contact Me" at the bottom of this page with the answers to the questions below. (You may copy and paste these questions #1-7 or just send the answers for each #.)

All emails that are received by June 30, and that answer all the questions, will be eligible for the drawing on July 1!!

Make sure you include your name and email or phone number so that I can contact you if you are the lucky winner.

1) Which candle scent did you sample?

2) Did it smell like it's name?

3) How long was the Burn time? (Usually around 4-6 hours)

4) Would you be interested in purchasing candles in this scent?

5) Would you like me to mail you our latest catalog?

6) Would you be interested in hosting a party to receive @ $150 or more in free products? ( If yes, make you indicate the month you are interested in having your show - April, August and January are "new catalog" kickoff months - FYI!)
